Monday, May 01, 2006 - Medical Surgical Specialists Officially Opens

Following the purchase of the clinic operations from Cleveland Clinic, Health Management Associates (NYSE:HMA) officially takes over the clinic operations and flys a new flag of Medical Surgical Specialists.

Tuesday, January 24, 2006 - HMA Purchases Cleveland Clinic Florida Naples

Health Management Associates, Inc. (NYSE:HMA) purchases both the clinic and hospital components of Cleveland Clinic Florida Naples. The official take-over will occur on May 1, 2006.
