John Turner, M.B.A., Administrator of Medical Surgical Specialists, has been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. In a variety of different positions throughout hospital and clinical operations, he most recently held the position as CEO of the Mary Black Physician Group in Spartanburg, SC. John was brought down to Naples to focus his concentration on the management, business development and expansion of Medical Surgical Specialists, HMA's largest and most productive medical office complex.

Dr. Jay Roberts is the Medical Surgical Specialists Medical Director. He specializes in Otolaryngology with special interests in thyroid and parathyroid surgery, otology/neuro-otology, head and neck tumors, and general otolaryngology. With nearly 20 years medical experience and dozens of accolades, presentations, and papers, he is an excellent asset and leader of our team.

Dr. David Greene is the Chairman of Research and Education. He specializes in Otolaryngology with special interests in facial plastic surgery, nasal and sinus surgery, sleep apnea and snoring, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelifts, and facial skin cancer surgery. Dr. Greene was distinguished s a Gulfshore Life 'Top Doctor' and has nearly 15 years medical experience.

With over 15 years in continuing medical education, medical staff credentialing and hospital administration, Teri A. Antonucci recently held the position of CME Coordinator with Cleveland Clinic Florida Naples for six years. In May 2006, Cleveland Clinic Florida Naples was purchased by Naples-based Health Management Associates and was renamed Physicians Regional Medical Center. In addition, the former physician group of Cleveland Clinic Florida Naples was renamed Medical Surgical Specialists and continues to provide primary and specialty care.

As the newly appointed Manager for Continuing Medical Education, Teri's accomplishments include rapidly pushing the CME program through accreditation in the time span of three months and received a 2-year accreditation appointment; continuation of physician education, while meeting all state licensing and re-licensing requirements; as well as organization of all national symposiums and weekly grand rounds programming. In addition to working closely with the Chairman of Research and Education, David Greene, MD, FACS, FARS and the Program Course Directors, Teri will expand her role in January 2007 by offering weekly grand rounds programming (via webcast) to 60 HMA facilities across the country. Through this expanded role, Teri will maintain accordance with the overall mission and objectives of the organization and ensure compliance with the FMA/ACCME's Essential Areas and their Elements and Standards for Commercial Support.
