If you do not have health insurance, we require payment at the time of service. Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We also have financial counselors who will work with you to establish a payment plan.

Yes. Medical Surgical Specialists' care is available to everyone, and with more than 60 physicians representing nearly 30 medical specialties in Naples, Florida, the chances are high that you can find the expert to meet your health care needs.

Once you establish a relationship with a primary care physician, you will see that physician each time you visit, unless you wish to make a change. If you have an immediate health concern and need a same-day appointment, you may be assigned an Access physician for your appointment if your primary care physician is not available.

Referrals are not required by the clinic, but you should check with your insurance provider to see if it’s required by your plan.

Our Executive Health Management Physicals are tailored to meet the needs of Corporate Executives and Professionals who want to improve and maintain their health. Our mission is to provide you with a comprehensive adult diagnostic and preventive health evaluation employing state-of-the-art equipment and testing procedures. All services rendered are located on the Physicians Regional Medical Center campus. We are committed to making your time spent with us as convenient, comfortable and informative as possible.

Executive Health Physicals take 4 to 7 hours depending on the program chosen. Other appointments and/or testing may be added on to your schedule for the day if deemed necessary. Our Executive Health Coordinator will personally escort you to your appointments in a timely fashion.

All tests are done STAT, so most if not all will be available for your Exit Interview with your Executive Health physician at the end of the day. A personalized folder with a letter from your Executive Health physician, all notes and test results will be mailed to you.

Since Executive Health Management Physicals are considered preventative medicine, highly specialized examinations, most insurance companies will not cover these services. As a result, we do not file to insurance companies, nor do we accept contractual insurance adjustments. This program is billed as a fee-for-service. Therefore, payment is required at the time of service.

Call our Executive Health Management Program Department at 239-348-4052. An information packet will be sent to you. Once you have completed the Pre-Registration Form we will coordinate a date for your physical.

After your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an information packet which includes a Health History Questionnaire, a medical Records Release Form and a Financial Responsibility Form. Please complete these forms and either fax or mail to us prior to your appointment, if possible. Also included are a letter with instruction and cost information, a schedule of your appointments, instructions for any tests you may be having and a Hemoccult Test Kit (if you are not having a Colonoscopy .
